I think you should put in primary color caterpillars and let people breed to get the secondary ones! Obviously this can't happen with Mercaterpillars since there's already an orange one, but I think one of the others would work.
Luminous Caterpillars! Glowing caterpillars would be awesome in my opinion. I think they'd be used for nightlights and reading lamps by owners.
Definitely some more winged caterpillars. I think crystals and gems would be great for those.
More elemental ones for mercaterpillars. Also more birthstone ones too!

Maybe more Decieving Caterpillars? Like color caterpillars that look blue but if you used them to cover cloth, the cloth would be orange instead.
